Freediver Course with Miami Scuba Diver

1. Course Overview:

   • Knowledge Development: Start with independent study

   • Learn about freediving principles.

   • Practice breath-hold techniques, static apnea, and dynamic apnea in the pool.

   • Open Water Sessions: Explore free immersion and constant weight freedives. Learn proper buddy procedures.

2. Goals:

   • Achieve static apnea (holding breath while floating) for 90 seconds.

   • Achieve dynamic apnea (horizontal underwater swim) of 25 meters (80 feet).

   • Perform constant weight freedives to depths of 10 – 16 meters (30 – 55 feet).

Who Can Enroll?

• Anyone aged 12 and above can participate.

• No prior experience needed.
